Jim Manzella is a 32-year marketing vet who first learned the direct marketing business at HSBC. In 1990, he left to begin what is now known as Manzella Marketing Group.
President & CEO
Shandra has been with Manzella Marketing Group since 1990. She has worked in the marketing and advertising fields for 25 years, having started shortly after she learned to talk.

Scott, a Rochester Institute of Technology alumni, joined Manzella Marketing Group in 2014 after a year and a half of working in digital marketing and branding with the Hearst Corporation.

Bob joined the company in 2007 as the Account Service and Business Development Manager after having spent over eight years as First Vice President at HSBC. He has more than 25 years of financial services experience.

When he’s not out on a charter boat fishing in the Atlantic or in the garage tinkering with his classic 5.0 Mustang, Steve is designing. He has been with Manzella Marketing Group for 16 years.

Tom’s cool shaved head and good attitude have given him the ability to balance his production duties with his top-notch design work. He has demonstrated many times that he is willing to go the extra mile.

Greg’s been serving with Jim Manzella for the better part of three decades, since their salad days at Marine Midland Bank (that’s “HSBC” for those of you born after 1990, who will also have to look up the phrase “salad days”).

Dave joined Manzella Marketing in 2009 with a background in marketing, branding, strategic planning, production management and, of course, client service.
Since joining Manzella Marketing Group in 2012, Kristin has lead multiple social media and SEM campaigns for our clients. She has mastered the art of advertising in under 140 characters.

Nicole brings over 15 years of media sales experience to Manzella Marketing Group, primarily in radio but also in digital, print and television media.
Jenny joined the MMG team in 2013 with over 10 years of marketing, advertising, production and printing experience. Jenny plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are running smoothly and on time.
Highly caffeinated, Eric has enjoyed the better part of 15 years working with clients such as Fisher-Price/Mattel and Nickelodeon, taking on a wide variety of visual and audio design needs.

Katie, an alumna of Rochester Institute of Technology and SUNY Brockport, joined Manzella Marketing Group in November 2014 as a Traffic Coordinator.
Josh Federice is a graduate of The University at Buffalo and joined Manzella Marketing Group in June of 2015, as a Graphic Designer.
Jill has been at Manzella since February 2016, managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for Manzella Marketing clients. She previously worked at Mainstreethost as an Internet Marketing Specialist. She graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 2013 with a BS in marketing and lives in Buffalo, NY.

Juliana officially joined Manzella Marketing in November, 1016, after freelancing for the agency as a graphic designer for eight months.
